Gadgets Gizmos Gossip

When people think gadgets they usually always think of the big ones like the iPhone, the new iPad and even the upcoming Project Natal from Microsoft but how often to people call their kitchen accessories gadgets?

The truth is everything from the can opener to the frying pan is technically a gadget and I am almost certain that they have helped us out a lot more than things like the iPhone has. Think about it, if the world was in a lot of trouble and all we had left were can foods then what would we rely on? Sure I could most likely find an app that would simulate the opening of a can but that does not actually help me with opening a tin of beans.

People often never think of the important things like tableware and other home furnishings but believe it or not without these we would not be able to live as we do in today’s society.

TVs have come a long way since their first conception. You used to have to sit a meter away if you wanted to see anything at all and you only got black and white with the first models. We have come a long way since then and new generations have brought with them such things as wide screen, flat screen and surround sound. Read the rest of this entry »

Although it is well worth noting that none of the major companies, Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, have actually announced that there will be any new console on the way until at least 2012 it is well worth looking to see just what may be going into the new consoles.

Nintendo

It looks like Nintendo need to make the most improvments on their consoles. The Wii in the eyes of a Nintendo fan is a very poor console indeed but Nintendo never said it would be great. Read the rest of this entry »
