OK, im betting you have visited the new bbc website right? We all have. It is a great resource for sport news, news, weather and now tv with the iplayer, which I think is absolutely amazing! I heard on article on my local radio station, splashfm that every year the new bbc website is predicted to cost a wopping £32m!!!! Oh my god. What high-end web design agency got their hands on this lucrative deal??? Cos whoever you are…fair play! I would love to be working on a website like that and to be able to charge that amount of money is un-heard of within the web design industry!

From the 21st to the 30Th of June 2008, the Round Britain Boat Race will begin. A selection of 49 RIBs and power boats are taking part this year and some are driven by some odd drivers, Top Gear cameraman Iain May, presenter James May and DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles are part of the crew of the Garmin Racing, designed and built by Geoff Hunton at Hunton Powerboats.

Although this boat has a great advantage with its 900 horsepower, the crew has almost no experience on the water so the boat doesn’t have great odds of winning, especially with the famous Captain Slow as part of the crew.
