VoIP to come to iPhone
The company Sipgate has announced that they are releasing an application that will allow the iPhone to communicate with any VoIP service, this means that any iPhone user can make and receive VoIP calls via a WiFi connection, but only after they have downloaded the free software from Sipgate’s website.
The reason why you would want VoIP on your iPhone is because it allows you to call any number in the world without using any minutes from your phone plan because an internal call can cost up to $3 per minute, with VoIP, an international call can cost as little as $0.01 per minute.
